We are very sorry for the delayed release of the JBS Cast K03 Upgrade Manifold.

The delivery has been delayed, due to our decision to carry out some more vigorous heat and stress testing. We wanted to be completely satisfied with the new cast manifold before we released it for general sale.

We are expecting the delivery early in October and to have them on sale by the 18^th, the price for the manifold will be £380+VAT inc gaskets (turbo and head) and specific grade Stainless bolts.

The first 3 production manifolds have been fitted on our development cars ranging from a Leon Cupra  to Ibiza Cupra R and Mk4 Golf for over 3 months now. All cars have shown the expected and quoted gains.

The above cars and supplied dyno graph were all running C-C phase1 with no modifications other than swapping the STD manifold for the High flow JBS cast item.

We are very happy with the results, as you can see from the graph we have achieved upto a 10% increase in both power and torque. With a very noticeable difference past 4.5k , this is due to the JBS design and concentration of eradicating port sharing and flow disturbance.

Further testing with the JBS04 hybrid is currently being undertaken, this is already showing MASSIVE potential for all hybrid K03 turbo's.
