After a year of development JBS can now introduce its new TS and GTS series of turbo kits for the 3.2 24v V6 (R32/TT). Engineered using Garrett turbo technology and custom manifold designs, designed, manufactured and mapped here in the UK specifically for RHD cars.

JBS Auto Designs & JBS Developments have spent enormous effort, time and resources developing the 3.2 24v V6 turbo manifold. The exhaust manifold has been designed in the best CAD packages available, for 3-D modelling and CFD analysis. By performing a computational fluid dynamics analysis, we were able to study exhaust flow, pressure drops, and fluid flow through the exhaust manifold. Multiple computer simulations were done to prove the design before we even had a physical manifold in our hand.

The manifold coupled with the JBS Garrett ball bearing turbo offers superior throttle response and reduced turbo lag while the custom turbine and compressor housings maximise the air flow.

For the TS550 and TS650 turbo kits JBS offer a custom intake manifold, which can sustain higher boost levels than the factory plastic intake and maximizes the air intake to all six cylinders.

JBS uses a in house designed front mount intercoolers specifially designed for the different applications for all its turbo kits. The intercooler setup effectively cools the air charge and the custom hard pipe boost plumbing directs the air charge through the intercooler into the intake manifold in as short a route possible.
