JBS uses Ross Machine Racing and our own design inlet manifolds for all of its high powered project cars.
The Ross Machine Racing 1.8 20VT VW Intake Manifold is CNC machined from billet T6061 aluminium and is made to replace your stock OEM manifold to provide you with more air flow for your high horsepower application.
With either a large port or small port design, both head variations are covered. JBS can provide the manifold with stock DBW throttle body on either side as well as the cable operated 2.0 ABA throttle body. JBS also produces a throttle body adapter plate that accepts R32.
Unlike other aftermarket manifolds, the Ross Machine Racing Manifold comes with a dash 6 fuel rail setup for aftermarket injectors.
Provisions for the IAT sensor as well as three 1/4" NPT vacuum holes are tapped into the end cap. Vacuum fittings and stainless steel hardware are provided.
