JBS04 Turbo Upgrade:

  • New base unit
  • Machine comp cover for bigger wheel
  • Machine compressor cover inlet and add sleeve to inlet OD
  • Cut off compressor outlet and re-weld after machining
  • New actuator
  • Modification to actuator bracket
  • Re-profile turbine housing for K04 turbine wheel
  • New K04 Core assembly

All Gaskets and O Rings needed

 

 

 

A Full Milltek exhaust system including high flow downpipe and sports Cat is highly recommended along with a Forge Motorsport front mounted intercooler.
