The evoheatshield for the popular VW 1.8-liter DOHC 20V turbo engines with small cylinder-head intake-ports is available in 2 versions. The A4102 fits the transverse-laid engines in Golf/Bora IV and New Beetle or any engine equipped with the large-intake port cylinder head.

The kit includes 2 OEM intake manifold gaskets, a 0.250"-thick black phenolic evoheatshield spacer, and all-stainless steel hardware and illustrated instructions manual.

The A4102 also includes a stainless steel bracket and bushing to accommodate the shifting forward of the intake manifold. This part has also been successfully installed in AUDI tt cars with similar engines.
