JBS TS 440

The JBS TS 440 is our intercooled version of the Stage 1 turbo Kit utilising the OEM inlet manifold and key stage 1 components. Taking your 3.2 24v V6 from 250 to 440bhp.

The JBS TS 440 is a simple upgrade to the TS 380, with the help of a custom JBS front mounted intercooler, hard pipe boost circuit and Custom-Code Phase 3: Stage 2 software, giving increased power and torque. The JBS TS Turbo series is designed, manufactured and mapped here in the UK specifically for RHD cars.

The JBS TS 440 kit is designed to look like it came direct from VAG.

Using the New JBS twin scroll exhaust manifold, with external wastegate and replacing the OEM downpipe with the JBS stainless steel CAD developed true 3" high flow downpipe.

The JBS TS Turbo series all revolve around a common heart; sharing the same main specs (exhaust manifold, downpipe, intercooler, boost circuit, etc) meaning that upgrading from the TS 440 to the TS 550 is very easy to achieve.

DSG Upgrade

The JBS TS440 stg2 kit can be fitted on a standard DSG. We always use the C-C Phase1 DSG flash on all kits fitted to DSG equiped cars. Currently we only offer the C-C DSG flash with our turbo or supercharger kits RRP £500. 

The TS440+ stg2.5 require up rated clutch packs and heavily modified Custom-Code Phase2 DSG software. The limiting factor is the Torque and where it's produced in the rev range, not the BHP. We are testing the JBS DSG uprated clutch packs and Custom-Code DSG software expected RRP £750 for the C-C DSG flash and £2000 for the uprated clutch pack.
