JBS TS 550 Upgrade Packages:

The JBS TS series of turbo kits all revolve around a common heart; sharing the same core spec components (turbo assembly, boost pipe work, low compression internals, fuel injectors, etc).

The next level of turbo kit performance is the custom made Big Power drag strip or Track car orientated TS 650 kit.

The TS 650 kit can be tailored to your exact specifications, offering a equal length manifold and a range of custom JBS spec Garrett GT30 and GT35 hybrid turbos. Other upgraded components needed include fully rebuild gear boxes, Haldex upgrades, Big brake kits and chassis modifications.

DSG Upgrade

The TS550 stg3 require uprated clutch packs and heavily modified Custom-Code Phase2 DSG software. The limiting factor is the Torque and where it's produced in the rev range, not the BHP. We are testing the JBS DSG uprated clutch packs and Custom-Code DSG software, expected RRP £750 for the C-C Phase2 DSG flash and £2000 for the uprated clutch pack.
