New JBS Front mount intercooler for Mk5 Golf R32 and GTi

Designed and developed using the latest CAD modelling and analysis packages to give the best flow and minimal pressure drop. The New JBS Mk5 R32  intercooler is designed to work with High power, High flow turbo applications.

Features:

  • Singe pass design: Which means high flow, good for high powered cars.
  • Compatible new low lag/high flow boost pipes in 60mm dia. designed to eliminate boost drop-off at high revs without introducing turbo 'lag'.
  • Huge 110 mm extruded core- large surface area to maximise the use of the cool air flow at the front of the car without compromising the performance of the air conditioning and water radiator.
  • Fits with Xenon lights/washer kit
  • Designed to cope with higher power cars which may have turbo upgrades
  • NO CUTTING OF THE FRONT BUMPER REQUIRED
