After many months of developments and vigerious testing JBS now 2 offer DSG clutch pack upgrades.

The DSG Stage 2:

This is our 7 Disc Clutch pack and is a further upgrade to the multi plate clutch with a widened friction disks on the interior clutch to enable the holding of torque levels upto 660 Nm (486.73ftlb)*

*Note this is a mechanical upgrade and must be used in conjunction with Custom-Code DSG Phase 2.

Torque Limit Increase:

The keys to JBS and Custom-Codes success in tuning the DSG software comes from the command of the clutch pressures.

We have ability to increase the DSG Gearbox's ability to transmit torque from 350 Nm up to 600 Nm while still ensuring the stability and capability of all the mechanical moving hardware within the DSG gearbox.

With a Custom-Code performance program, the DSG computer will no longer initiate steps to dissipate engine torque when the factory 350 Nm limit is reached which unleashes the true benefits of any engine modifications.
