JBS TS440

The JBS TS440 is our intercooled version of the Stage 1 turbo Kit utilising the OEM inlet manifold and key stage 1 components. Taking your 3.2 24v V6 from 240 to 440bhp.

The JBS TS440 is a simple upgrade to the TS380, with the help of a Forge front mounted intercooler, JBS hard pipe boost circuit and Custom-Code Phase 3 Stage 2 software, giving increased power and torque. The JBS TS Turbo series is designed, manufactured and mapped here in the UK specifically for RHD cars.

The JBS TS440 kit is designed to look like it came direct from VAG. Using the OEM exhaust manifolds and replacing the OEM downpipe with the JBS stainless steel CAD developed stage 1 manifold and true 3" high flow separated downpipe.
